Prospect Capital Restaurants (PCR) celebrated opening its first Wingstop in Monmouth County on February 8, 2021. This is their second Wingstop location and their first location in New Jersey.
The new Wingstop is located at 116 3rd Avenue, Neptune City, N.J., in the newly renovated plaza across from Stop & Shop.
Due to COVID-19 concerns, the celebrations were kept small to protect the health and safety of our crew and customers. Local radio station WRAT, “the Rat,” set up shop in the store including a spin-the-wheel game with prizes from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Wingstop offered a $10 gift card to every 25th customer on Monday. The offer was valid for in-store, online and delivery orders.
The event also featured WRAT jock, Jimmy Steal, and his crew tasting some of Wingstop’s spiciest flavors for Hot Take. The crew munched down on some fiery mango habanero, hickory smoked BBQ and the super spicy atomic! “Atomic Rob” took down the atomic flavor like it was no one’s business but your average spice lover should beware!
Following the success of their first Wingstop in the Bronx, N.Y., the PCR team is very excited to be serving up delicious wings in their home state. Wingstop’s wings are always fresh and full of flavor. From sweet and savory to their super spicy atomic, Neptune is serving up all of Wingstop’s beloved flavors for everyone to enjoy!
