Chris is our founder and CEO. He started his career as a crew member with Jersey Mike’s in Lakewood, NJ, in 2011. He quickly moved up the ranks and became the youngest Jersey Mike’s franchisee at age 26 when he opened the East Brunswick store. From there he moved to corporate roles for the Jersey Mike’s Franchise System and eventually founded PCR. Since then, PCR has opened 75 stores across five states and has more than 1,000 employees. Chris was recognized as one of the “Top 30 Under 30” by franchising.com and he was featured in the December 2019 issue of Entrepreneur magazine. He is an alumnus of West Virginia University and when he is not working he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Andrea is the executive assistant to our CEO, Chris Rigassio. She is the go-to person for everything related to managing his affairs and keeping him on track. Prior to joining PCR, Andrea held executive assistant roles at Settembrino Architects and Monmouth County Sheriff’s Office. She holds a B.A. in Communications from Monmouth University. In her spare time, Andrea is a competitive cheerleading coach, a competitive gymnastics coach, and a competitive cheerleading judge.

Dan is our Controller and oversees all financial aspects of the business. He joined PCR eight years ago as a crew member and worked his way up the ranks including shift leader, assistant manager, general manager, district manager, and data analyst. Prior to joining PCR, Dan was an accounting intern at Health and Wellness Partners. He holds a B.S. in Economics from Rutgers University. When he’s not working, Dan enjoys golfing, skiing, and playing the guitar. 

Debra is our director of human resources and oversees recruitment, employee benefits and rewards, performance management, and ongoing training and development. Prior to joining PCR, she held HR leadership roles with Corner Table Restaurants, Organic Avenue, and Pret A Manger. Debra holds a B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management from the University of Delaware. She is PHR Certified by the HR Certification Institute and she has an HR Certificate from Cornell University. When she’s not handling everything related to our people, you can find her doing yoga, hiking, and traveling. 

Jennifer joined PCR in 2019 and is currently the company’s Director of Project Management. She oversees the integration, implementation, and development of various facets within the business to drive overall growth. Jennifer is the acting liaison between our stores, our teams, and our vendors. Prior to joining PCR, she was the director of training at Playa Bowls and the front-of-house manager of Bonefish Grill. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Rutgers University.

Brittany has been with PCR since 2023 and oversees marketing across all PCR brands and stores. She sources events and is our acting liaison between our stores and the communities they serve. Prior to joining PCR, she was a Grand Opening Coordinator for Jersey Mikes Franchise Systems and also on the creative team. She holds a B.S. in Management and Labor Relations from Rutgers University. When she’s not working, Brittany enjoys spending time with her family and being outside.

Erin started with PCR as an intern in 2020 and is now an Administrative Assistant and handles our Audits team. Prior to joining PCR, she started Castle Cheer Factory and is the owner and program director. In her free time, Erin enjoys spending time with her daughter and running a competitive cheerleading program.

Luis is one of our regional vice presidents and oversees the New York and New Jersey territory. He started with PCR in 2017 as a Jersey Mike’s assistant manager and quickly promoted to general manager, and eventually to district manager. Prior to joining PCR, Luis was the area manager for Chipotle Mexican Grill. He is an alumnus of Universidad Nacional de San Marcos where he majored in systems engineering. When Luis is not running around his region, he is running around with his son playing and watching soccer. 

As Regional Vice President, Joseph oversees our 24 Michigan Jersey Mike’s locations. Prior to PCR, he was the director of operations at Bandit Holdings. In the off hours, Joseph enjoys barbequing with his homemade smokers.

Cristian came to us from Wingstop Restaurants where he was a district manager. He oversees our all of our Wingstop locations across NY, NJ, and Indy. Prior to Joining Wingstop, he was a district manager with bon Appetit Fine Foods. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration & Corporate Finance. Cristian’s favorite pastime is soccer and spending time with his family.

Jamel is our Wingstop Brand Ambassador. He came to PCR from Winstop in Texas where he was the general manager. Prior to PCR, he held management roles with Pret A Manger, Panera Bread, and Au Bon Pain. When he’s not working, Jamel enjoys spending time with family, dancing, and watching movies. 

Nibia is one of our district managers. Prior to joining PCR, she held general manager roles for Panera Bread LLC and Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. She holds a B.A. in system analysis engineering from Private Technical University of Loja-UTPL Loja Ecuador. Nibia enjoys spending time with her family and friends when she is not working. 

Victor oversees our central New Jersey district. He started with PCR three years ago as a general manager. Prior to joining PCR, Victor held management roles at Disney Store and Starbucks Coffee Company. He enjoys playing football and watching Marvel and other comic book movies with his family.
