Booskerdoo Expansion Begins

A decade after they started, Booskerdoo is beginning to franchise. Chris Rigassio, CEO of Prospect Capital Restaurants, has signed on to work with Booskerdoo in future franchising endeavors. Rigassio began as a Booskerdoo fan and quickly agreed to operate five franchises in three years. “It’s easy to get behind a brand you believe in,” Rigassio says of his decision to partner up with Booskerdoo.
