Jersey Mike’s celebrates the grand opening of its River Edge location on July 17, 2020. Owned and operated by Prospect Capital Restaurants (PCR), this is the group’s 13th Jersey Mike’s store. Located at 1045 Main Street, River Edge N.J, the store is joining neighbors Pet Valu, CVS and Moe’s.
In light of Covid-19, the grand opening festivities have been altered to create a safe and socially distant environment. Jersey Mike’s typically celebrates its grand openings with a fundraiser to benefit a local organization or charity and has distributed more than 10,000 free sub cards into the community. Opening day guests were able to order take out through the Jersey Mike’s app and website. Locations continue to prepare, serve and package Jersey Mike’s orders with precautionary measures to ensure the health and well-being of our customers and team.
