Prospect Capital Restaurants (PCR) opened its 14th Jersey Mike’s location on April 7, 2021. Located at 725 River Road in Edgewater, N.J., this Jersey Mike’s is the newest storefront in the busy Edgewater Marketplace shopping plaza.
PCR prides itself on giving back to its communities and the growing company celebrated the new store’s grand opening by hosting a five-day fundraiser for Leonia High School, from April 14 to 18.
