Entrepreneur Magazine Shouts Out Chris Rigassio in December Issue

Chris Rigassio grew up eating Jersey Mike’s subs at the Jersey shore. Today, he owns 12 locations with plans for more. At the age of 22, he became one of the youngest franchise operators with the brand and then became director of operations for North New Jersey and ultimately, one of the most successful multi-unit operators. Then, he focused his sights on something much bigger.

Inspired by the story of Peter Cancro buying Jersey Mike’s at just 17 years old, Chris knew he could become a business owner at a young age. His hard work and dedication paid off. In 2016, Chris Rigassio founded Prospect Capital Restaurants (PCR). Since then, he has opened two Mamoun’s Falafel locations with two more on the way and has locations in the pipeline for Booskerdoo Coffee and Wingstop.

Check Chris out in Entrepreneur Magazine’s December 2019 issue. This shout out is not just an honor, but a testament to the hard work it took to get there. With growth as his focus, we look forward to seeing how far he can take his company.
